NA™ 2022 impact report

This Impact Report is the first for Not Another™, and rather than being an impressive list of impact achievements, it’s a foundation report that sets out the key measures of impact we want to have. That’s not to say that we haven’t had any positive impact this year — we have — but the purpose of this report is to lay out the avenues for impact ahead of us rather than pat ourselves on the back for the little that’s been done so far.

As a company, this year we’ve begun tracking the percentage of our projects that are for purpose. Our aim is to ensure that 50% of our projects are for companies, campaigns, or organisations that are doing positive things for people or planet, or both. In 2022, projects with impact included Waikene, Evnex, Ovāvo, Purpose, and Te Atamira.

Dollars donated to charity — the Special Children’s Christmas Party and MyClimate offsetting. As we transition from being a bootstrapped startup to a more financially-secure small business, our appetite and capacity for creating a greater impact on our local and global communities is growing. This coming year, we are implementing paid employee volunteerism, and will be looking to donate time and resources to causes we’re passionate about.
